The instruction focused on preparing a Social Value Action Plan to support GRESB reporting, with an emphasis on practical, deliverable initiatives that could be implemented on-site and were clearly responsive to local needs. Our approach combined desktop research, on-site meetings, and ongoing local engagement to ensure initiatives were both evidenceled and locally grounded.

In developing the Action Plan, Activate engaged with over 20 local community organisations and charities. These included groups supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol dependency, as well as organisations focused on employment, skills development, and pathways into work.
