We design and deliver memorable experiences that drive footfall, increase dwell time and build lasting connections. Utilising our network of preferred partners, we deliver events and experiential activity for all budgets. This includes seasonal activations, family entertainment, enlivenment for commercial buildings and collaborating with local community partners to deliver social value activity.
Our Work
The Wimbledon activation at Islington Square is a seasonal summer screening event that brings the Championships into the heart of the vibrant North London neighbourhood.
This standout event has grown year on year, combining tenant engagement with broad appeal to local audiences and visitors of all ages. Set within the open-air Boulevard at Islington Square, it enlivens the destination over the two-week tournament period, creating a lively atmosphere from day through to evening.
Weekend markets bring an extra layer to the atmosphere, while competitions and pop-ups keep things moving between matches.
We delivered a wellbeing-led activation designed to support occupier engagement and strengthen community connection across Birmingham Business park.
The initiative welcomed 100 occupiers across a series of curated puppy therapy sessions, offering a calm and uplifting break during the working day. Each 20-minute session provided a relaxed environment for occupiers to step away from their desks and unwind, with English and French Bulldogs.
This activation reflects our approach to creating considered experiences within commercial environments – encouraging greater on-site visitation, improving occupier satisfaction and adding value to workplace destinations.
Located within the heart of King’s Cross’ thriving innovation district, Activate launched St Pancras Campus’ first occupier engagement event with a summer social designed to bring the building community together.
Hosted in the building’s impressive reception space, the event featured a live DJ, roaming magician and interactive prize-grabber activation, creating a lively atmosphere for tenants to connect post-working day.
As the first social event for the newly opened campus, it helped establish a sense of community within the building’s occupiers.
Regular events will continue to play an important role in bringing together both tenants and residents across the wider campus.
