Our Work
A full digital refresh for Marshall’s Mill, we redesigned their website to create a more modern, user-friendly platform that better supports both visitors and occupiers. The refreshed design brought a cleaner, more contemporary look to the brand while improving accessibility across the site.
As part of the project, we designed and developed a dedicated tenant portal to provide occupiers with a central hub for estate updates, event information and important documents. The portal also included a tenant forum, creating a space for occupiers to connect, ask questions, and share information with one another.
The new platform has created a more connected digital experience for occupiers, making day-to-day communication simpler and ensuring important information is easily accessible in one place.
We supported Birmingham Business Park through a full brand and digital refresh, developing updated brand guidelines and designing a new website from concept through to launch. The aim was to modernise the identity while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
A key objective was to create a more user-friendly website that improves navigation, engages the over user experience and encourages repeat visit to the site.
This work reflects our approach to building cohesive brand and digital experiences that not only strengthen identity but also drive greater interaction and visibility for commercial destinations.
The new Templars Square website was developed as the centre’s main digital platform to showcase its evolving brand mix, while also providing dedicated landing pages for events, community updates, offers and job vacancies.
A key consideration in its development was mobile responsiveness, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices, with the majority of users accessing the site via smartphone or tablet devices. The platform also incorporates data capture functionality, with the ability to build flexible forms for competitions and email marketing sign-ups, supporting ongoing audience growth.
In addition, the easy-to-use CMS enables the centre team to quickly and efficiently manage content updates across the site, ensuring it remains current and responsive to activity on the ground.
