The instruction focused on X leisure parks across the country, delivered during the period of transition in property management, to a fully outsourced model. The audits were undertaken to provide the asset management team with a greater understanding of the current activity being delivered, its impact and to provide them with independent e advice assessing future opportunities, potential cost efficiencies and areas that required improvement. The audits were shared with the incoming Property Managers, the client team and formed part of the shaping each sites onboarding process.
