This instruction delivered a feasibility report for a new pop‑up retail and leisure space at Templars Square, assessing the reuse of former service land and an adjacent disused pub.
The scope covered operational models, potential tenants, build and management costs, and engagement with local community partners. Outputs included three design options, a three‑year P&L, a build cost plan, and a curated occupancy strategy supported by a seasonal events programme.
Collectively, these provided the client with a clear vision for the site’s activation, setting out capital requirements, commercial viability, and options for look and feel.
