An experienced marketer, events manager and Town Centre Manager, Esther is proficient in engaging with multiple stakeholders in order to drive footfall to town centre destinations. Appointed as an Expert for the High Streets Task Force, Esther helps communities and local government transform high streets; work that complements her current role managing placemaking projects for Activate, which have included master planning options for the future of St Helens.
Having previously managed the master planning and delivery of Old Spitalfields Market, Andrew has delivered various placemaking projects for a wide range of investors, developers and local authorities, advising clients on commercially viable solutions for transforming spaces into destinations that deliver dynamic visitor experiences.
Michelle is an experienced marketer having worked in destination marketing for over 20 years across marketing strategy and planning, stakeholder management, community engagement, brand positioning, events and communications. Michelle currently leads the Activate Destination Marketing team, delivering a full service marketing offer for both retail and commercial schemes.
Having been part of Workman for 13 years, Jennifer has worked across the Workman Retail & Leisure portfolio with various clients and on many differing projects, from organising conferences to IT projects, building relationships with both internal and external staff. Now part of the Activate team to provide operational support for the delivery of Destination Marketing services including creative design, client reporting and internal communications.
With over four years‘ retail marketing experience in both off and online activity, Meghan has previously managed a range of campaigns across various industries, including FMCG, fashion, beauty and fitness. Within Activate, she runs the social media content, websites and email makreting for various destinations as well as managing onsite events.
Previously a social media analyst and responsible for numerous paid media campaigns across various social channels, Leonie joined the Activate team in 2021 and delivers the digital content for retail and commercial schemes. Leonie also assists with the implementation of on-site activity, working with centre managers to create a calendar of exciting events and enlivenment.
The Activate team collaborate closely with the Workman property management and onsite teams to advise clients and deliver placemaking solutions on managed properties, tailored specifically to different types of asset.
