To facilitate an increase in local, independent businesses taking pop-up retail space, the Activate team have been engaged to implement the digital marketing for the scheme. Incorporating web, social media and email, a content plan targeted at local businesses is being implemented, creating a pipeline of enquiries and new lettings.
On behalf of The KanAM Grund group, a German-based fund manager, Activate are designing a costed programme of activities across their London office estate, providing events, activities and local promotions and offers. This follows a comprehensive occupier engagement exercise to identify their requirements.
Activate have been engaged to develop and implement a comprehensive placemaking programme to enhance the appeal of this business park. This is currently being devised prior to launch, through competitor benchmarking, occupier engagement through a combination of surveys, focus groups and interviews and an assessment of existing amenities.
