As part of the exciting summer events programme at @putneyexchange we have installed a beautiful pop-up garden in the heart of the centre, complete with real trees and wildflowers. This green space is the perfect backdrop for the weekly programme of eco-friendly activities and workshops.
Not only does the garden provide a relaxing seating area for visitors, it also offers a space for occupiers to host their own events and promotions.
It’s shaping up to be a lovely summer in Putney.
Last Saturday we held an @oasis -themed event at @manchesterfortshoppingpark
Packed with live music and exciting prizes, shoppers were able to enjoy their favourite Oasis anthems from performances during their trip.
Our team were on the ground managing prizes and capturing all the action.
It was a brilliant turn-out and a perfect example of how engaging, relevant events can truly captivate an audience!

With the @wimbledon finals wrapping up last weekend, we`re looking back on a brilliant few weeks of tennis, tasty street food and the screenings at @islingtonsq with @urbanfoodfest.
Hosting activations around major cultural moments like Wimbledon brings in diverse audiences, boosts midweek footfall and creates a real sense of energy on weekends. Strong PR and stakeholder outreach played a key role in driving visibility and engagement across the local area.
By delivering these events, we continue to position @islingtonsq as a go-to destination for the community.

An Elton John tribute act, giant globe cash grabber activity, historical walking tours and Templeton the mascot were all part of the celebrations for Templars Square’s 60th anniversary!
Originally opened as Cowley Centre on 11 May 1965 and renamed Templars Square in 1989, the shopping centre marked six decades at the heart of the community with a vibrant, family-friendly event.
To celebrate the milestone, Amy Young joined the centre team for their celebrations and a piece of birthday cake!

Unlocking the power of content creation in retail.
We believe that content creation isn’t just about producing videos or photos - it’s about creating stories that bring retail spaces to life and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
Content creation is one of the most effective tools:
📷 Driving awareness
📷 Building loyalty
📷 Boosting engagement
To celebrate the opening of the Pets at Home store at Manchester Fort, our team worked alongside a furry co-star, Leo, to produce a video that’s engaging, fun, and authentic. This isn’t just content; it’s a way to humanise a brand and create a genuine connection with customers.

It`s World Bee Day - and we`re buzzing to celebrate the important role these pollinators play in biodiversity and sustainability.
At Birmingham Business Park, regular `Meet the Bees` workshops at the beehives, helps the tenant community learn about the vital role bees play in our ecosystem. And yes, they even produce their own honey, harvested right from the park!
Meanwhile, you can find the Bee hotel at #Moretown on the rooftop of Building 6 – providing safe nesting spaces, helping local pollinators thrive, which in turn supports our environment.

A new vision for Buxton.
Amy, Senior Account Manager and Leonie, Account Manager attended the first public consultation event hosted by social impact developer @capitalcentric to view their plans for revitalising Buxton.
This was an opportunity for occupiers of The Springs Shopping Centre and local residents to come along and see the proposed new plans, with time given for them to voice their own views. The event featured the proposed plans, a survey to give feedback and interactive elements to vote on key fundamentals of the plan.
A new vision for the town centre includes:
⭐ A vibrant residential-led, mixed use neighbourhood
⭐ Revitalised new shops, bars and cafes
⭐ Green areas and public spaces
It was great to meet with Capital & Centric, local residents and key stakeholders to learn more about the exciting plans for Buxton town centre.
Beth Hudson and Andrew Sparrow recently visited one of our clients’ sites Gateway 14, to see the latest progress on development on-site. They walked around the green spaces on site, which is one of the sites amenity spaces for tenants, with a community focused event for tenants of Gateway 14, local residents and key stakeholders being planned for the summer.
As part of the visit, they explored some of the fantastic community and cultural spaces in Stowmarket, including The Mix, The Peel Centre and the Food Museum. They were kindly shown around the 84-acre site including the school dinners exhibition and discussed their vision for upcoming projects. It was inspiring to see how they combine food, farming and sustainability in such a fun and engaging way.
We’re looking forward to working together with local businesses to connect Gateway 14 tenants with the Stowmarket community and look to increase footfall, dwell time and local spend to support the town’s local economy.
